Karen it is nice to go down memory lane. I like the question you asked; which Karen sold your house? This would be a funny Ad but I don't think you could use it because you changed company.

It's good to see that you are constantly updating your look. I myself change looks rather frequently and feel it necessary to change as needed. There is nothing more frustrating than an agent who's been in the field for over 15 years, but is still using the same picure. When you meet them, you hardly even recognize them because they don't look anything like the picture they once had happen.

I love getting an updated look and updated photos! There is a woman in her mid-60s in my area that still has her photo from when she was probably 50 or so. It's always a shock when someone meets her and she looks NOTHING like her photo. She should learn the updating trick. =)

Renee - yes the one with me leaning on the house is the current one. I market my maiden name "Villa" meaning home, thus karensvillas.com.

Karen: HOW COOL being that "Villa" was your maiden name! Our last house we bought was new construction and our sales agent's last name was "Sellers" I had to ask her if it was really her last name or she changed it! FUN!
