You are probably asking how can that be in this market, well the listing market is still in my favor. I know that everyone has said that the market is slow or down or whatever. The market is what I make it not what someone tells me that it is. I don't have to take over-priced listings and focus all of the energy on them that I could spend on one priced right and looks great for the asking price. Oh by the way I got 100% of asking price.
