I recently decided to update my outside café table and chairs. I had saved the material from a umbrella that broke last year in the hopes I could recycle it into pillows or something.
I sprayed the metal frames of the café table and chairs with a brown metallic hammered paint. Stapled the recycled fabric to the chairs for an updated new look. I also bought a couple of pillow forms and plastic thread and whipped up two pillows to add more color to the deck (heaven forbid I would actually buy plants or flowers).
I actually am planning to make a few more pillows with the remaining fabric for my lower deck or to use for future staging projects where outside pillows could be utilized.
