Hummer Pic

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

We currently have 3 hummers. Here is a pic of the H3 wrap. The only place we advertise the www.WinWinListing.com is on the hummer. We are branding our sign on everything we do. People always say I see your sign everywhere. With that being said we took it to the next level.

The Hummer also has our USP (universal sale proposition). It very important to build your brand. Non branding is good, but there is nothing better than a branded lead. I feel like branding your sign is amazing, if your sign is cusomized to you.

A picture is definitely worth a 1000 words in this post. How much has your business increased since you did the wrap? This makes a strong statement. Bravo!

I'm wondering what a wrap would look like on my '95 Toyota. I'm guessing it wouldn't have quite the impact.....

Killer wrap, Michael.  Is that a custom paint job, or all part of the wrap?  This is definitely what you would call a rolling billboard.  Are your Hummers all H3s?

And no, Jennifer, I don't think the '95 Toyota would be quite the same.

Michael, First of all congrats on 30 under 30. I can speak from experience. If you are going to put yourself out there for the public to see, then please adhere to all of the traffic laws. I am in a semi rural area and can put 200 miles on my car showing properties on a Thursday afternoon. I am never late for appointments but that is partly due to the fact that I may have to bend some speed limit rules occasionally. I am a safe driver, do not have the stereo blaring, and focus on the task at hand. I have received a call from someone whoI passed that thought they would call me on the fact I was going a little faster than the speed limit. oops! busted!

Michael,

Like the look of the Hummer... I have been wroking on graphics for mine for way too long... cant wait to compair... How is the cash reward doing for you?  I have received mixed results with that and have been concerned that it would not be worth the "hassle" of having it on the truck???

Also, I see you did not put a time on the guaranteed sale?  We have been debating on that as well... as market changes happen it would be nice not to have time on there but a set number of days may make it stronger???  Your thoughts on why you choose what you did and if you are happy with the choice would be great!

Thanks for anything you are willing to share...

Hi Mark, I'm sure Mike can touch on this as well, but I've found and know others have found that it's best to leave the # of days off the guarantee. That way you can change it as the market changes and it's actually more powerful unless your # of days is really low.

As far as Cash Rewards, I think I'm having some of the same problems as you are. I have to put a lot of disclosures on mine because in TN I can't use the word "cash" in advertisements. So the best way I've used the program is through another USP. So I'll do something like Your Home Sold In 27 Days Or I'll Sell It For Free! and the 'free' part is a cash reward in the amount of my commission. (up to $10,000 of course).

Thanks,

John Morgan

Hey Mark I left the days off because as the market changes and with different price ranges my days change. I think it also seems more believable and less gimmicky. Are you currently using Cash Rewards?

Wow, what a way to get noticed!  This advertising is certainly less expensive than some other advertising.  I always worry about my driving when I have signs on my car.  I can just imagine how I'd feel with a wrap on it.  Thanks for sharing! :)

Hmmm, with the price of gas now I thought I would put my H2 to good use like you did.  I just can't bring myself to do it.....maybe if the price of gas goes higher....www.tracysoussi.com
