When it's time to move..Who ya gonna call?

Over the years I have had many real estate transactions and more times than not I have been less than impressed with the service I received from real estate agents. In fact; I decided to become a REALTOR in Seattle 10 years ago because I just could not find an agent who did the research, communicated the information in a way that represented my interests  and gave me the details I was looking for. Since becoming a REALTOR I have met and worked with many seasoned veterans who were the best in the business but as with anything else winners are easy to spot but hard to find. In the current real estate market which has slowed considerably there are still buyers and sellers and people relocating to the beautiful pacific northwest daily. Each of these folks need an advocate; someone who will be their sounding board, someone who will do the homework and get the details required, someone to help guide and orchestrate the purchase or sale of your home, someone who is present and focused, Someone who understands this is one if not the most important investment decisions and valuable assets you will own and someone who is concerned about the outcome, not just for today but for years to come. Before it's time to move I hope you pick up the phone and give me a call or send me an email so we can discuss your specific needs so when it's time to move you will know who to call.
