Over the past several years I've developed strong relationships with new Realtors because they've experienced a multitude of issues with their former Mortgage Professionals/Mortgage Companies. It's been really nice to finally experience the cleansing of the industry, both the Real Estate Industry and the Mortgage Industry.
I feel really blessed to have built such strong relationships with my Realtors. We have mutual respect for each others businesses and work hard to make sure that every deadline is met.....even in this market. I love the fact that strong Realtors understand that a Mortgage Professional in this market is constantly on top of the every changing guidelines.
I'm interested to see what other Mortgage Professionals are experiencing in this market and what they are doing to help their Realtors in this market.......anyone?
