Forget a New Years Resolution, I am starting my September Resolution TODAY! What is that, you ask? To exercise MORE! I work in Virginia Beach at the Ocean Front and I used to walk very religiously on my lunch break on the Boardwalk. "USED TO" being the key phrase in that sentence. It started to become less and less as the summer went on. So now I am ready to get back to it. My goal is to walk AT LEAST 3 times a week and more if I can. The other great thing about walking on the Boardwalk is its kind of a stress reliever and I don't really feel as if I am "working out". It gives me an hour to get out of the office environment and to enjoy the Beach.
I really, really want to stick to this and get in to better shape and become more engergized! If you have any tips on how to stay motivated, feel free to pass them to me.
