AFTER TOO MANY YEARS TO COUNT OF NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING AND OTHER PRINT ADVERTISING, EARLIER THIS YEAR I FINALLY DISCOVERED "WEB ADVERTISING".
If you an old procrastinator like me, put some adventure in your business and JUMP IN!! I know it's new territory for some us who can barely find our way around the new technology. Take a step and hire someone to help you or do it for you. I started with having a marketing assistant and coach help me. It was paid for through my agency and then later I paid for the service. The benefits are priceless.
The majority of my business is from the WEB marketing and referrals. I do not take floor time or any lead services or leads from my office. More often than not, I am referring business to other agents. I am selective. I like to stay in my local area of business and I am somewhat picky about the listings I take.
The WEB is the WAY TO GO in today's market and the FUTURE!! There are so many options out there for our industry. If you are on Active Rain, it's a given that you are computer literate. Take advantage of everything you can. My only regret is that I didn't get on board sooner.
