Hello everyone, I just now lost my bloging virginaty!! haha. On a serious note I'm trying this out to see if I can learn alittle in the process. I've been in this game for about 2 years and am loving it,but could always use some help from the vets. My focus is primarily listings, I was woundering if anyone had advise to share about getting listings or anything to do with the business. Thanks for the help yall(thats south georgian for you all...)

Hello and welcome to ActiveRain! For listing: check the expires list and contact them ... normally if the house was priced too high or needs repairs they are willing to listen. Also I use to knock on every FSBO's door I could find then send them a thank-you card and hints to sell their home. Then when they were ready to list I would be the one they would call. I would also ask if I had a buyer then would they pay me a commission; if they said yes I would then try to measure the house (just like I was listing it) nice way to break the ice.
