In September '06, Forbes magazine and the Fine Living Network produced a television special entitled "Forbes Magazine's Top 10 Best Places to Live and Work" and named Houston as the #3 place to live and work in the United States! 

The rest of the country was and still is taking notice of all that Houston has to offer and it is having a great impact on our real estate market. Despite the current issues with sub-prime lending, Houston real estate, and Sping/The Woodlands expecially, is still going strong! Buyers are enjoying a wide variety in the inventory from which they can choose and sellers are still seeing 98% of listing price.
