Well - I know what I'm going to worry about, how to get 15% market share in one of our offices, we just have to do it, and I have to come up with a plan. Actually - I'm just starting to get excited thinking about the possibilities, our signs.... all along the main roads, REALTORS calling me to ask advise about increasing market share because they can see how well we did in this town. Builders knocking down our doors begging to let us represent them and pay us 10% for the privilege.
