My house in Manitowoc Wisconsin and real estate opportunites for buyers and sellers

By

I was 23 years old when I took the plunge and purchased the current home or house that I have in for the last 3 years.  My current residence just happens to be a two family that was purchased for $96k.  A modest first time home, in one of Manitowoc's top 4 neighborhood by far.

My point is, You as a future home Buyer can do it for you really put your mind and focus on purchasing an affordable house.  First time home buyers qualify for a Wheda home loan, with certain restrictions, however only need 3% down.  Whoo Hooo!

Caution, Manitowoc's real estate market is affordable yes, but a future buyer must keep in mind that if you don't stay in your newly purchased home for 10 years, (assuming its not a fixer upper to sell) then you should just consider renting.

Robert,

This is a beautiful home.  Thanks for sharing and congratulations on all of your success.  Remember two things 1) In order to receive, you must first give and 2) Never tire of doing good (I stole that one from Paul in the Bible :).  Work on your profile.  The more you update it, the more points you get and the better YOU look to potential clients.

Good luck

Have a great day

Leander
