Is there any truth to this...?
Lately, I have been speaking with others who say that all credit repair services are basically the same, but not all get the same accommodating help from the credit bureaus.
That if you are not a law firm working directly with the legal department of each bureau you are in the waiting line with everyone else trying to get their credit fix. BUT if someone were to use a law firm to have the credit cleaned up they would be dealing with each bureaus legal department. This allows for better service and quicker, long lasting results.
Can you comment on this?
Sincerely,
Becky
Becky,
I can't say for sure, but I have been successful without using letters on attorney letterhead.
We do have two attorneys on staff but it does not seem to make a difference whether it’s the consumer, a credit repair person, or an attorney, as long as the dispute is valid and if your not doing on it on your own the person you are working with is reputable.
