Today is customer appreciation day wait everyday is customer appreciation day. I am heading out this afternoon to a closing for a client who is refinancing her home. Most people in my business think I'm crazy for doing so or think that their time is to valuable to spend at a closing for a refinance. That's o.k. I always can stand to have more business.Quote of the day " The main purpose of a business is to gain customers" have we forgotten this? Sure I could choose not to attend and sit in my office while my clients co-workers continue to wonder who is the mysterious loan officer who helped their co-worker.
Or I can choose to go not satisfied with the job I have already done and make a LASTING impression and as I like to say add another salesperson to my team. So please let's never forgot how we got here and how we go there. CUSTOMERS past, present, and future. It's never a bad day or time to tell a customer you appreciate them.
