I HAVE COME ACROSS MANY MANY AGENTS WHO "HAVE BUYERS". THESE HOUSES ARE GOOD CASH FLOW PROPERTIES, ONE IS AT 41ST AND EUCLID AND THE OTHER IS A DUPLEX AT SPRUCE. THEY ARE BOTH GOING UNDER REHAB. YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED AS FAR AS A COMMISSION TO GET IT SOLD AND I WILL SEE WHAT I CAN DO. I WOULD LIKE TO SELL THE DUPLEX AT ABOUT 95K AND THE HOUSE IN THE LOW 40'S. THESE PROPERTIES ARE STILL UNDER REHAB, BUT ALMOST DONE. AND THE BUYER DOESNT HAVE TO CLOSE TILL FULLY RENTED. IM ESTIMATING RENTS ON THE DUPLEX AT ABOUT $650 A SIDE AND THEN $500 ON THE HOUSE.
