So this morning I sit down to check all my e-mails, just as - well - probably everyone else does, and I had received the following e-mail:
Dear Barbara,
I was referred to you as an active real estate agent working with buyers and sellers.
We have a few buyer applications in Yuma, AZ 85364 that have been pre approved for a loan. These applicants are looking to buy a house within the next 0-180 days and have been verified. They need a real estate agent to find them a property!
Can you call me at (818) 444-7295 Ext. 8028 to give you more information about these applications?

Isn't that a friendly face?!?!?
So I decide that this needs a little googling research first and try to google Mark Smith, Sales Manager, Money Tree, but this doesn't yield me the results that I am looking for, so I google Money Tree, this also doesn't give me quite what I am looking for. So my next step was to google the address Mr Mark Smith gives as his business address and ...........
BOOM! - DA DA DAAAA! - ACTIVERAIN TO THE RESCUE!!!!
Thank you Mike & Gayle Ramsey for your blog " BEWARE!!!! ". And thank you for taking the time to share your experience with all of us here. Mike and his wife had received the same e-mail back in May, the only difference being the "Sales Manager's" name and pic, and it was of course targeted towards his zip code, just as mine was targeted towards my zip code. Please take a moment to read this blog, because Mike even went so far as to call! Very Interesting!
I believe that the knowledge that I have gained in so many areas since joining ActiveRain has helped me to do a better job as Office Manager for Barbara Kehl Realty, but has also allowed me to come in contact with some of the kindest, most helpful people in this industry.
