Kim: It is a GREAT 'Leave it to Beaver' house! Anyone could easily make this a home--it's been upgraded but, still has the 'old' charm and charisma about it.

Don Rogers: It's a screened porch with tiled floor and around Charlotte, there's only about 45 days out of the year that it may not be used! It could easily be glassed in and more heated SF added to this already great home. Thanks for stopping by Don!

Lisa: If you've got buyers coming to the area, send 'em my way! This home is located in one of the best school districts in the Charlotte Metro area and is a highly sought-after area. There are gifted programs in all three of the feeder schools for this neighborhood and the high school is a nationally ranked school! You simply can't beat the location either!

Kelly: Funny that you should say that--it's my FAVORITE photo of that home! The photos don't really do this home justice--as with most Cape Cods, you just have to take the tour!

Teresa: Thanks so much! Yes, you know that this home is in the PRIME school district and is DEFINITELY priced-to-sell! My clients have already been transferred so, we priced it to sell right away! I'm actually taking a buyer out today at 4!

As for the photographs, I do take them myself--ask Katerina--I'm extremely obsessive and have to then get on my computer and tweak, crop, and lighten until they're perfect! So, it takes me (literally) HOURS to fine tune the photos! Sometimes I do hire a professional but, it's only if the home is really dark or has very small rooms that I can't get with my wide angle lens!

You didn't know you'd get a dissertation for an answer did you?! ;-)
