End of the month time! Lenders are shutting their doors, how did you do?

Im curious to see how others in the mortgage industry running small shops have been doing.  My company experienced what seemed to be a mini-refi boom in March. Our good fortune is absolutely contributed to changing stategies quickly, including purchasing prime leads and other adjustments.  How did you all do in this changing market?
