Feng Shui

By
Real Estate Agent with Home Team of America

I recently learned about Feng Shui and the significance it is those that practice the art.  Feng Shui is about the flow of energy.  Literal translation is Wind and Water.   Energy needs to be constantly moving to be good energy.  A home in a culdesac is actually negative because the energy is stuck and thus is stagnant and so those who live there have trouble obtaining their desires and goals. This also is true for homes on Dead End streets.

I always thought that the homes on a T were less desirable because of the safety of the location.  i pictured cars losing control and heading straight in their home.  Actually it is because to much energy hits the home and cause chaos.

The location of the staircase in the house should not be in line of the front door.  The energy within the home can escape out the front door instead of circulating the good energy within the home.

The front door should not be in direct line with the front door, because the good energy, also known as Chi, will come in and go directly out the back door.

The placement of the rooms the direction of the face of the house, all have effects on Chi.  I have this detailed on my personal blog if you would like more information,    http://debanker.texasrealestatevoices.com
