My name is Donna Schmidt and I am the American Home Shield Account Executive for Central VA, Western VA, SW VA and most of West Virginia. This would be my first blog. Usually, too busy working. Many of the Realtors and Associates that I've had the pleasure to educate about the warranty, have asked the question, "What is the main difference between companies?" My answer.....Our service, our reputation, our product.....but I honestly feel what makes the difference is....ME!!! Being the representative for AHS is not just a job for me, it is a passion. I truly believe in our product and feel it is the "right choice" for homeowners. I am accessible to my customers and to their clients 24/7. I think for someone to talk to a "live person" is important. As many people as we deal with, I still believe that a personal relationship is the key to a successful relationship. Trust is not given, it is earned. I too, am a homeowner and I know what I expect. My customers will get no less.
