Another successful short sale CLOSED!! My team works non-stop to get these homes sold. Bank negotiations and paperwork take hours upon hours but our system is getting results. Poinciana Park 5/3 Pool home/short sale sold for $355,000 on August 29. Teri had both the buyer and seller on this deal. We had bank approval and closing within 45 days! Looks like the short sales will be around well into 2009, I'm glad we are having success.

Great Job on closing those always interesting Short Sales...I"m over here in Lee county and that is the only option it seems...keep closing those short sales and lets get through 2009...
