- If you look at the annual absorbtion rate of 1.25 over the past 4 years and apply it to today's inventory we have 3.2 years inventory for this condo
- Average Days on the market for the 4 years prior to 2006 is 169 days, currently the Average Days on the Market for those listed is 97 days.
