Patricia, I just saw your listing and thought I'd share with you what I've done with a couple of my listings. There's a group on AR called "Listings by Address." You should look into it. Read this post first to get the "rules" of posting. You can include posts like this to get more exposure for the listing. The beauty of it is, you title your post by the address of the property and then when someone googles that address, guess what comes up first?
