Late Friday I received my copy of the letter that all buyers will reeive from the new owner of the COSMO.

I found it courteous that they gave the real estate agents the heads up as to the content of the letter, whcih is pretty much status quo - giving a completion date of 2nd quarter 2010.

Buyers - Please stay in touch. I do have a lender or two who still make condo hotel loans on a case per case basis. Check out the photo above and look at the corner unit with their 400 sq. ft. balconies right on the strip! The sales staff said the remaining units are on hold & penthouse floorplans for the Beach Club Tower (front) have not been finalized. This chunk of real estate on the Vegas stripwill be sought after. STAY TUNED!

June is correct. The Cosmo is a special project for many reasons.

As of 2008 it is only the 2nd condo project on the Strip that has balconies (and massive ones at that).
It is the only condotel project on the Strip.
The floor plans are awesome and extremely special for a condotel.
It is located in-between Bellagio and a near $10-billion community - CityCenter by MGM MIRAGE.

I do love those COSMO floorplans. I sold a few angled studios that were never released to the public market...They are a tad larger - perfectly positioned to angle towards the Paris over the Bellagio fountains, and have an extra large balcony & an extra bathroom! Quite unique!
