GREAT list!!  Thanks for sharing that info.  I'm going back to some of my stuff to compare what I have on my own lists, and what I can tweak now having seen yours.  I don't do some of the mortgage things you've listed--qualify for loan or attend loan application--but I do most of the others already.  I keep very close tabs with the lenders I use and they keep in tightly in the loop of all loans I have with them, so I feel comfortable in not qualifying on my own or attending the loan app appointments.

Good list, except, do you really play Tour Guide?  To your right you'll see a park and to your left is a grocery store...  How do you have time to actually give tours of cities to every buyer?  Or, do you live in a small town?

Donna, that's only if someone is from out of town and would like a general tour of the city.  No, I don't generally go around with a tour bus to talk about Cedar Rapids, but I COULD for the right price!!!!
