AVERY RANCH SUBDIVISION is located in Round Rock just Northwest of Austin, on either side of Parmer Lane North of RR 620. It is a master planned golf course community with 4000 homes on 1800 acres. Nestled up to Avery Ranch Golf Club, this neighborhood has everything to offer. With the growing retail along Parmer between 620 and 1431, you have everything you need close by.
The neighborhood feeds into two high schools, The East side of Parmer attends Vista Ridge High School, and Artie Henry Middle School, part of Leander ISD. West of Parmer attends McNeil High School, and
Noel Gresham Middle School, part of Round Rock ISD.
Developement started shortly after the turn of the new century. Many outstanding builders have and are building in the community including, Ryland, Pulte, Gehan, Meritage, D.R. Horton, Wilshire and Drees. Along with quality of the wonderful homes, several lining the fairways, and the close proximity to many major employers, makes this area a very sought out market.
