Downtown Saint Petersburg hasn't had any apartment complexes since The Madison converted to condos a few years back. There are, however, a number of owned condos that are available for lease, generally on an annual basis.
1 bedroom condos start at $700/month; 2 bedroom condos at $975/month; and 3 bedroom condos at $2,800/month. Current rentals go up to $5,500/month.
