Help + Coaching is good!

Let me say one thing.  I am not afraid to ask for help.  I'd like to think if I was lost I'd ask for directions, but I don't get lost......Well not anymore now that my wife bought me a GPS.

I wanted to talk about help, and how important it can be.  We are all unique individuals capable of amazing things.  This is true each and every day.  However, we have finite resources of time and experience.  So we must often look to others to use their time or experiences.  I find that even the best know this.  Whether it's an assistant or a coach.

Today I'm referring to those who help with their knowledge.  The best at any industry have coaches, accountability partners, trainers, practice partners, and many other people who help them.  I have recently started working with an Efficiency Expert for coaching.  I am very good at what I do in helping my clients, but I know I can always be better.  This coach, Gerhard, is helping me get better.  I am really enjoying his outside view at my business, and the industry.  He has some great principles that will help anyone become better at what they do.  Real Estate or any other industry, it doesn't matter what you do, Gerhard can help you.

Gerhard has consistently been encouraged, asked, and pleaded by his clients and many others to create a blog.  He finally has given in and done so.  Here is how you can gain access to some of his wisdom:

EFFICIENCY EXPERT BLOG

Feast on the knowledge and juicy tidbits.  Remember, we should all be learning everyday.  I have made a committment to improving my business and its systems.

Hi Jeff, I have had some kind of coach for more than 10 years.  It has made all the difference in the world.  I don't think you can really go from "good to great" without the insights, feedback, direction and accountability of a coach.

I was a student mentor 2 different times in college. I have already talked about getting a mentorship program running in our local realtors office. It is essential.
