Nashville real estate - If you plan an open house when the Titans are playing, be prepared for a slow day. It was a beautiful day to do anything except have an open house, I know the Titans won, so that's good for Nashville, but my client needs to sell. We did have a couple of families stop by, but the men seem very distracted, and didn't seem to have any real interest (maybe they wanted a TV).
It's just the life of a realtor in football country.
