Im a korean american agent here in queens (NYC,NY)... my partner/mother calls me american-korean because my korean language skills got lost somewhere in my childhood (ummm im going to assume the main reason is i grew up as a kid with NO asians and in my HS there was only 2 asians??? hahahaha)...
But what ticks me off is when i pick up an ASIAN RE magazine (very, very, very popular here in queens) and ppl plop their HS pic (~ 20-30 yrs ago hahaha) and their number but not any INTERNET info (like a website or an email), it just makes me shake my head.... HELLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sellers LOOK UP!!!!!

sorry i just hit you up upside your head with this wakeup call... i dont give a crap that your cousin is a RE agent working at xyz realty... if 80-90% of buyers use the internet to find their home, DONT u think its important that you select an agent who knows how to at least turn on a computer????? HMMMMMM.... sure your agent may get lucky, (IE:have an agent sell the house for you) BUTTT ask yourself this: HOW MUCH MONEY DID I LOSE BY NOT CHOOSING AN INTERNET MARKETING RE agent??? MR and MRS SELLER there is a designation given to agents who specialize in that: ePRO (ooh by the way want to guess who has that designation?? hahaha)
