In reading today's Charlotte's Business Journal I found an article about how Landmark Development plans to spend $11 million building a four-building complex on 4 acres, with the project including the former Pterodactyl Club site at 1516 W. Morehead St.

This will only make the Charlotte west side area more appealing by offering a new life to an old and possibly forgetten area.
