A trip through the Salt Marsh

Phippsburg Maine.  A 45+ minutedrive from Portland Maine finds one on this wonderful coastal Maine peninsula that juts south from Bath, the city of ships.  With a population of 2000 in the off season that rises to around 5000 during the summer months and nooks and crannies to explore such as this salt marsh expedition I went on the other day and pictured here.  For a rural setting on the coast of Maine this community is well worth taking a look at.  Being close to modern day amenties the coastal Maine real esate and homes in Phippsburg Maine for sale offer something for everbody.    Currently there are about 30 homes on the market,ranging from starter homes in the 175-225K range up to million dollar waterfront homes with crashing surf out your bedroom window.  Phippsburg is just one of numerous Maine coastal communities in the area to choose from.
