There is not a day that goes by when the media, and many Realtors themselves run amok wringing their hands about the sky falling, the floor dropping out from underneath them, etc,etc!
As for me, I see opportunities to help people, to educate clients, to stay positive when it is easy to find excuses why things are not the robust situation as years ago..to them I say-you are missing the best part-when those of us who are dedicated, knowledgeable and level-headed have the opportunity to make people happy and make a lot of money in the process.
Let the faint of heart leave the business, let those of us who will repair our reputation as Realtors remain!
