I spent the entire holiday weekend (plus several days) working with a couple from Toronto. This very nice couple was looking for a good beach front investment in Florida. A vacation home for now.
They selected a great buy on Singer Island with awesome ocean views at $275,000.00. Great Deal.
This is scheduled for a very quick close and looks good.
