Hey everybody, I'm a new agent in Texas trying to transition into Real Estate full time as an agent. I have my first potential seller and have a meeting tomorrow night and they forewarned me they don't like Real Estate agents. I received an email from them asking for a breakdown of the Seller's Closing costs. How do I get that information? The house will be listed for 325,000.00.

Hi David - I am sure you have the answer to your question by now from someone. You should check with your company management, a few mortgage lenders and even a few title company to see what the different fees are. Take all the information you collect and pull up a TAR Form 1935 "Seller's Estimated Net Proceeds" form and fill it out. When you are done give your seller a copy. You might want to do several. One for each type of mortgage (because the fees are different) and maybe a few with different sell prices and date. I hope this helps. Anyway, Welcome to ActiveRain.
