I would like to introduce myself and thank all of the Active Rain Bloggers for everything I have learned on the site. Yes, I have been lurking, but not anymore!
I work as the Transaction Coordinator for Phil Sharp. He invited me to join AR, and pointed me to the newbie's group. I have learned a huge amount from some of the posts here, and can't thank you all enough.
When I get my feet a little wetter, you will see more from me.....but for now I am going to lurk a little bit.

Thanks for joining AR, now its time to stop lurking and start posting. Go and read others posts, and leave a comment before you move on. It's just like moving in to a new neighborhood, some of the neighbors will come to you, but oftentimes you have to make the first move. Once you do, they will come and check out your blog, and let you know what they think.
I think your first real Post should be about how joining AR is like moving into a new neighborhood. Post it on your blog of course, but if you subscribe to other groups, like newbies, you can click the box before you submit to include it in other groups (that you are subscribed to).
I think "New to the neighborhood" would be a great ice breaker, and I bet you would get lots of comments.
