You will notice the trend in Metro Detroit real estate if you look at several of these Metro Detroit subdivision updates. FArmington real estate and Farmington Hills values are continuing to fall, but the time on market for Novi homes for sale is about the same. Even though Farminton real estate home values are falling they are not falling as much as the rest of Oakland County home values.
