The real estate business has been challenging to say the least in the last couple years. We had a few great years in the industry but as they say "NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED" and then came the crash. Here in central Florida we were a bit more insulated because our prices did not reach the extreme peaks that our Florida coasts did. We have now come back much closer to reality. I feel better, more optimistic about the market we have right now. There were some unrealistic expectations on the sellers side and now they have come down to reality. It is now easier to explain and have seller's understand that the days of 2005 prices are gone and probably with not be returning for sometime. Now all we need to do is get the inventory down by selling the foreclosures so we can get back to a normal market.
