I have a home listed in a beautiful area of Towne Lake in Woodstock, GA. This home is priced perfectly (based on all active and sold comps in the subdivision). The home is immaculate. I mean so clean you could eat off the floors!!! Beautifully maintained and loads of upgrades that have integrated into the home perfectly. Open house after open house, agent caravans and still no buyers. Yes, we have had a few buyers to visit but not a single one has come back for a second visit. Do you have any unique ideas on how I can get potential buyers excited about this listing? Again, it is a beautiful home and located in the best family friendly neighborhood around!
