Ok Folks been reading on this guy who thinks he's a The Billion Dollar Broker from Cape Coral Florida
Wow! allot of transactions in the last couple of months on this person Chris Canzano.
Seems that the Short sales are his Own. That could be the reason he thinks he's a billion dollar guy, but hey its called double dipping, isn't that ILLEGAL in FLORIDA ?
Florida Law states that when you do a double dip in a real estate transaction that you inform all part-ties that are involved in this sale. Wait! billion dollar guy says " Who cares there my own homes I built"
I have been doing some digging and come to find out there is a guy named Dan as well doing his homework on this topic i have just jumped on.
Billion Dollar Fraudster is the name i like to use We must put a stop to the billion dollar brokers who have flooded our economy in which the middle class hard working people can no swim in. Sorry we're not Rich just hard Workers!
