The coast of Maine. Beautiful in all seasons, but as summer turns to Fall.  Here are a couple of shots from the coastal community of Phippsburg Maine, a varied community of about 2000 or so year round residents. From working waterfront to wonderful sand beaches including the famous Popham Beach State Park, one can be to Bath in 10-15 minutes and Portland in less than an hour. A great blend of locals and retired parties from away there are real estate options for each and every discerning buyer from simple year round capes to expansive summer home villas.
