Realtors, What is the best "Value Added Service" you offer your Seller's?

Calling all Realtors!!!!!!!

I hope you can help me,

 I have questions and I'm looking for some honest opinions and feedback. YOU are the Professionals I want to work with, so I need to know how you think.

The Big Question:

What would be the Best Service you could offer your Seller's?

Does Home Staging hold value to you and your clients?

Internet Marketing............., is it important to you and your Seller?

Print Ads, do they still hold value?

Are Virtual tours a benefit to your business?

Do you prefer hand delivered mail, posted mail, flyers and or emails?

I do hope to get some honest feedback from these questions and look forward to the opinions too!
