Get involved in some groups (there's several KW groups)...also, search for groups that interest you (beach properties, horse property, etc).
Read lots, comment when so inclined, write for content, not for points!

I live in Big Canoe in the north Georgia mountains (about an hour and a half drive from Atlanta) and am looking for Florida agents to refer business as well as get referrals from. Hi Jim, Welcome - you have already received some great info so I will second the motion that it's so helpful to read and read some more.. Comment on lots of other blogs and they will come over and visit you. Join some groups that interest you, especially the Active Rain Newbies. I know there are many Florida groups.. The "Realtor" group is one of the most active but there are Christian groups, dog groups and much more.. Then when you do your 50 word posts, post them into 5 groups IF the content fits into the guidelines of that group.
