Just talked to my loan officer who mentioned an interest rate drop of 1/2 point. YEAH!!!
Let's see if that will help some folks make a decision and buy themselves a home.
On another note, Hurricane Ike is heading this way and my family members who live on the coast are aready packing and heading this way. They will be here through the weekend unless things change. The storm is also projected to swing up this way and bring us some rain and wind. Central Texans should probably be thinking about and getting ready for the possibilities!!!
