I have been up up and away on a hot air balloon ride and that was fantastic, but have you ever been up to the top of the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING? It is spectacular. When we arrived the screen was flashing a 75 minute wait. Oh my gosh.....my elderly mother, my niece's husband on crutches, my niece, her four year old daughter and my sister and myself wanted so bad to go but we had already put in a full day and we were exhausted! But before we knew it (because of the crutches) we were escorted up the back elevators lickety split and we were at the top of the Empire State Building within 10 minutes. It was absolutely incredible. Even though I had spent two days viewing both upper & lower Manhattan from a double decker bus, I never realized there were soo many buildings in all my life. WOW! That is pretty amazing. I could never imagine selling real estate in New York City. Is there anyone out there reading my post that does sell real estate in New York City?? Please tell me what it is like.
Hello! Great pictures... as for the x'ing; my second post got "0" points and I e-mailed AR and they gave them back to me. They said the computer makes mistakes sometimes. Try that...I hope it works. Have a great day Brenda :)

Roxanne, The view from there is amazing. I have not been in some time but there is nothing quite like it.
I am not from NY, but maybe you just have to work one building?? No driving No gas, just occasionally a broken finger nail from pushing the elevator buttons! I have been to the top of that building, but it was years ago and there was not a sign with how long you had to wait.
Roxanne - Did you ever get points for this post, send me a email outside the blog if you didn't, OK!
Robert....I think I did because the X is gone. Thanks for checking in with me. Also do you have any idea why I am features on the main page today? That's a shock.
Mary....thanks for stopping by. I could no way live in New York, but it was an adventure and I had a blast.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Empire State Building not too long ago, and it's amazing how much you can see from up there. Nice picture to show it
Roxanne .. looks like you and family had fun at NYC and at the top of Empire State Building. I've been there a number of times, and it's good fun. Best wishes. Harrison
