In the upper right hand corner of some of my blogs there is a gray arrow that says "RE-Blog". What does that mean?

It means that it is a blog that you have done before. Therefore that you are not going to get points for it.

I still don't get it. Some of the blogs that I have written don't have that, does that mean I never got points for them?

You can set your settings to allow re-blogs of your post or disable it. I don't think "members only" posts are re-bloggable, but may be wrong about that. It's pretty cool actually. I had someone re-blog one of mine, and that added exposure is good stuff!
