Real Estate Teams

Real Estate Agent with Prudential Az Properties
I would like information on setting up a real estate team. There are several was to accomplish a team, and there are 4 or 5 of us in our company that would like to get a team started. I know of a traditional team where there is a team leader and several buyer's agents but what are various comm splits and then is there another model for several more powerful agents? Thanks for your help!

I have done a team three different ways.

 (1) Traditional Team Leader plus buyer's agents and staff

(2) Partnering with another agent - I focus on listings, he focuses on buyers plus staff

(3) Apprenticeship - I agree to train a newbie for 6 months. They learn systems, dialogues, how to take a listing, how to negotiate contract, how to work for buyers etc etc etc. They work my overflow leads. I get someone eager to learn and free labor.

I am now in a cross between traditional and partnering. A hybrid that is a win for each of us.
