Contact Manager/Lead Tracking software...Have a favorite?

By
Real Estate Agent with Long and Foster BEL AIR MARYLAND

I have moved beyond writing leads on napkins in the car but still need to be better organized. It would be nice to have a program help my organize my leads and clients and that would allow me to schedule activities for them or follow up calls, mailings etc.

Some of the ones suggested like Top Producer seem pricely to me and so I am looking for you input for programs you current use and like. Or currently use and dislike.

I'm looking forward to your comments....Blessings!!! Kelly

Yes, I do have a favorite tracking lead software, and it's something that I also advocate to real estate marketers such as you. :) I have a blog set up for it (http://www.mortgageleads-news.com), but to give you a good overview, this mortgage refinance lead software will not only help you create a database of your leads, but you can also categorize them, assign values to them, so it becomes easier for you to move on to prioritization. As you know, not all leads are good, as there are some people may not be interested in your service at all, and as a marketer, you know too that you can’t possibly waste time on them.

I use Outlook...and I know there is a real estate specific patch for it out there...and it is VERY inexpensive, compared to Top producer....

Just google........"Outlook real estate upgrade"...and you will find it...I think it is $99......

Remember... you NEED Outlook for the up0grade to work...hehehehehe

=-)
