understanding your neighborhood as a realtor

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

In Real Estate in order to be successful you need to first start with your own neighborhood. Reach out to everyone you know and announce that you are a Realtor.Join groups, clubs, churches, organizations to enhance your network of people you know.Participate on the PTA, career days and other opportunities to share your Real estate expertise. Many neighborhoods have block parties, flea markets and community carnivals. This is the perfect venue to meet many people. Be prepared to market your self by handing out cards. get e-mails and phone numbers through a free raffle drawing.I plan to build my business in this way. I am relatively new in the Real Estate Business but I will do my best to make sure they all know me.
