Top Producer to Lead New Market Center

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY - Keller Williams Realty, Inc. (KWRI) has awarded a second franchise within the Capital District.  The new Market Center will be named Keller William Realty Distinctive Properties and will serve Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties as well as surrounding areas.  The exact location of the Market Center will be announced by September 15, 2008.  Charles Cefalu will be the Operating Principal and Broker of Record for the Market Center and Rick Mendez, formerly of Coldwell Banker Prime Properties will manage the Market Center and be responsible for training, coaching and overall sales production.  Mr. Mendez brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Keller Williams and is known on a national basis for his training, coaching and mentoring of real estate professionals.
